Each week will offer visual exercises, relaxation/meditation, art making & group sharing in a non-judgemental & nurturing environment. We aim for you to take home new creative skills/strategies to apply in everyday life.
CREATE + PLAY offers you...
- ways of enjoying spontaneity, playfulness, mindful-ness and creativity
- experiencing fresh ways of expressing yourself and connecting to others
- ‘Time out’ for yourself & being encouraged to challenge yourself
Create + Play is a space where no artistic experience is necessary. The experience can be therapeutic but therapy is not a purpose of the workshop.

Testimonials
I am aged over 50 years and Tracy & Eriko within several hours, managed to coax into daylight a new aspect of myself I hadn't properly known before. I suspect, this fascinating 'other me' has been here all through those (mostly arduous) 13 years' schooling and extra years' higher education- sensitively quivering, cringing and hiding in fear of the big bad ' C ' - CRITICISM. Drat! If I had known I had a scary-cat image maker just needing to be accepted for whatever it was, without judgment or grading (eeeeek !! - CRITICISM) those 5 decades might have had some added blissful moments (zone-out time to balance the routine of work and school; opportunity to make some sense of my dimensions and our shared universe). Sigh!

The create and play was a wonderful process for myself, to be able to explore and engage with the creative side within me which I have never since being a child at school. I also realize how much I enjoy process of your group, short meditation and then explore art I have used this a couple of times with friends to explore emotions and the process has been very positive. Also finding a new ways of expressing the inner narrative adds another dimension to communication.
